We work with the Anadon family, who have played an integral part in the island’s musical history, opening celebrated sunset spot Café Mambo in 1994. Today, the family is known for creating authentic, experience-led dining, drinking and accommodation destinations including Hostal La Torre, Sa Capella, Casa Maca, Cala Gracioneta, and Pomelo Playa.
Pomelo Playa – the high-end beach bar restaurant which opened in summer 2025 offers an exclusive, yet relaxed beach atmosphere for in-the-know travellers and the island’s cool, cosmopolitan crowd. A destination where contemporary style meets bohemian charm, Pomelo Playa has undergone a total design transformation to become the hotspot on the island serving locally inspired cuisine with an eastern twist
Hostal La Torre Ibiza – The best sunset experience on the island. It’s a special place with an authentic Ibicencan feel and resident DJs playing a chilled soundtrack as the sun sets. People fall in love with it when they visit. It also has 17 bedrooms.
Casa Maca Ibiza – A boutique hotel with 10 bedrooms and one of the most special restaurants in Ibiza, offering views over the Old Town. Ibiza has changed in recent years, with international hotel brands (Mondrian, Standard, Hyde) opening and glitzy VIP experiences becoming more common. In contrast, there’s now a growing movement of independent businesses, creatives, and growers celebrating the island’s heritage and magnetism.
Sa Capella Ibiza – A 16th century chapel that opened as a restaurant in 1978 and welcomed the era’s bohemian jet-set – from Freddie Mercury and Montserrat Caballé to King Juan Carlos I – is now open again. The food story here is particularly exciting right now, with a strong focus on provenance and authenticity.
Cala Gracioneta – A secluded restaurant located on a small cove on the west coast of the island. With a focus on fresh, creative dishes made using local produce, Cala Gracioneta is a peaceful spot with beautiful, sun-dappled, or candle-lit terraces that lead down to the sea. A perfect place for lunch or dinner, with a true “hidden gem” feel.
